Curtis Michigan Fourth of July Celebration "Biggest Little Town Parade" in Michigan's beautiful Upper Peninsula Welcome to Curtis Michigan's "Biggest Little Town Parade" where over 16,000 visitors gather annually to celebrate our country's 4th of July! Please check our Events Calendar for exact date and time. The date of our celebration changes from year to year. Our Upper Peninsula Fourth of July Celebration packs a host of activities and events throughout the day. We begin the day with our Curtis Michigan Fourth of July Celebration at 12:30. Parade includes marching bands, bag pipe performers, many great floats, entertainment, candy for the kids, fundraising participants, awareness participants, along with a host of fun stuff for the kids. People have traveled hundreds of miles to participate or watch this great event. The fun doesn't stop there! We have the Lions Club Chicken BBQ, Chamber Food and Beer Tent, Arts and Crafts Vendors all day at the Erickson Center Park, along with live music. As dusk approaches, we have our Fireworks! We have a great fireworks show for all ages with the best viewing from the Erickson Center Park. Please arrive early to find good parking. |
